About this policy

Information I collect
I collect the details you provide when ordering, enquiring about a commission, contacting me or subscribing to my newsletter. These may include your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order information, messages and commission references. I also receive payment and delivery updates from the services handling your order, and the website may collect technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

I use this information to:

-
Fulfil orders and commissions, arrange delivery and discuss purchases at your request — on the lawful basis of contract.
-
Answer general enquiries, provide support, prevent fraud and protect legal rights — on the basis of legitimate interests in running and protecting my business, balanced against your rights.
-
Keep tax and accounting records — to meet legal obligations.
-
Send newsletters through Wix — with your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or by emailing me.

Details needed to fulfil an order are necessary for me to provide that service. Newsletter subscriptions are optional. Payments are processed by your chosen payment provider; I do not receive your full card details.
Sharing information
I share relevant information with Wix for website hosting, the shop and email marketing; payment providers for payments and refunds; Xero for accounting; and Parcel2Go and couriers for delivery. Information may also be shared with advisers or authorities where legally necessary. I do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Wix uses them to support security, keep the website working and provide shop features. Some expire when you close your browser; others remain for a set period. Wix's standard cookies include session cookies for fraud prevention and security, cookies lasting up to 24 hours for site performance, and cookies lasting up to 12 months for core site functions and error monitoring. You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect the shop or checkout.
How long I keep information
Tax and accounting records are kept for at least five years after the relevant 31 January Self Assessment deadline, or longer where legally required. Order and commission records are kept as needed to fulfil the work, provide support, administer licences and resolve legal claims.

Newsletter details are kept while you subscribe. After unsubscribing, I may retain limited information needed to honour your preferences and demonstrate consent. Information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must be retained for legal reasons.

Email me to exercise your rights or raise a concern. I normally respond to rights requests within one month, subject to permitted extensions. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
